If you run a small or medium-sized business, you are self-employed or want to open a new business and you don't know what to do and where to start, our company is here to help you. We strongly recommend you to use your time and energy to focus on building your business.


Bookkeeping services include monthly reporting of all pertinent financial information. Standard monthly reports include cash disbursements, cash receipts, current accounts payable and receivable reports and a monthly profit & loss statement.

You will be asked to provide our company with updated financial information, i.e., check registers, sales totals, etc. on a monthly basis for month end reports. You will then receive the financial statements along with the completed information that you provide us by the 30th of every month for the preceding month's activity. These records are easy to storage and properly organized for tax preparation.

Bookkeeping services are offered on a flat rate per month. We can also prepare your quarterly estimate and annual income tax returns upon request.
